Apologies I have been away from the forum for quite a while but life has been very topsy turvey the last couple of months. I am however pleased to report that I have finally been given a referral to London, to the UCLH, under Dr Raj Kapoor, who I understand is an expert in MS and other neurological conditions. My appointment is next week, so I am very pleased at how short a time I’ve had to wait-under 2 months).
I’m not going to lie, I’m pretty scared of the prospect he or his team are going to turn round and send me back to where I’m starting again, but part of me is also weirdly excited that this might finally be the way forward at long last!-I’ve got very mixed emotions.
Please does anyone have any reports of their experience at the UCLH or of DR Kapoor and his team and can you tell me what to expect?
