I saw a post earlier (one that I now can not locate on linkedin) about a guy that had received an award for his dedication to try to find cures for MS. I clicked on it & went through to the website.
Having read the article I feel glad that i did. Having been diagnosed with MS a few years ago I constantly struggle with my diet. I have been convinced for years that I am allergic to wheat (avoided pasta, pizza, bread etc) & try to stick to gluten free foods even though every test under the sun at the doctors said I was not. Having read the diet and nutrition research studies I now realise that all the foods that are high in salt are the foods that make me bloated.
I feel like all of my birthdays have come at once, why no one told me about this earlier is beyond me.
Thought it would be good to share because I wish I had known earlier.
