Hi all
Has anyone got numbed at the dentist getting a tooth fixed and stayed numb the next day? I am still half numb.

Yes. Had a couple of extractions recently and was given extra-local anaesthetic. It didn’t work fully, so got a zonal anaesthetic on top. Bigger needle, more painful to administer, took longer to wear off, numbed one side of my mouth.
In my case, I’m inclined to think the pain & numbness that lingered for a couple of days longer had more to do with the procedure and type of anaesthetic rather than MS-related. Dentist may have nicked a nerve too, or could there be an infection? Best to ring up Dentist and tell them. I had an abcess and got given some antibiotics which fixed it after a few days.
