Just give it 5 mins a day. You don’t notice anything at first but after a while you do start to feel a difference.

You can always use it at other times and it becomes a habit after a while. Any situation that you feel stressed just concentrate on your breathing for a few minutes or a few seconds. You don’t need to close your eyes and sit down. Nobody knows you’re doing it. If you do that AND the 5 mins a day you will notice a difference.

Also I do it at night to get to sleep. Gently let the intruding thoughts float away and keep coming back to your breathing.

Give it a try. I was very sceptical at first but it’s helped me cope with my MS more than anything else.
