Howdy folks.
I awoke this morning, feeling the bite of winter. A time when for some reason, the spasms kick off.
After turning the heating on & feeling the heat. The spasms were replaced with dizziness & vertigo.
Double vision & floaters started, so I turned the heating off & back came the spasms. I figured, bugger this, I’ll go back to sleep.
Take care out there & keep cosy, but not too cosy.
Jack frost has been to town.

Hate the cold in winter it always makes me worse,i cant be too cold or too hot either.I had bad pain yesterday put hot water bottle on for the pain,then i got vertigo cos i was too warm grrrrr so annoying.
This PPMS is a daily battle for us isn’t it? . We win some, then lose some - just so unfair on our Body and Mind. I wonder if any specialists have looked into this distressing symptom of different heat levels.
