Hi there does anyone have any experience of taking Covid anti virals? Specifically Paxlovid? I have relapsing remitting MS and have just been prescribed Paxlovid. Worried about side effects. On day 4 of Covid and feeling terrible

I had the infusion- can’t remember what that’s called - and was glad of it. I wasn’t even very ill with the Covid, but wanted that darned virus out of my system as fast as possible.
When I was vacillating about whether to take it, a wise friend said: ‘if I were you I’d take whatever help was offered’. And I thought: yes you’re right, so I did.

Good advice! I started on Paxlovid yesterday. Fingers crossed no adverse effects yet. I’ve been hit quite badly with Covid/ surprised at how poorly I feel

Just started on Paxlovid this morning. Had a scary CV19 encounter in October 2021 so I want to make sure I don’t go there anymore…but still a bit anxious…how did you get on?
