Stairlift replacement mine has packed up and they say it’s too old to repair. It was fitted using a disabled facility grant 15 years ago. I’ve been told that I need a assessment of my care and support needs by the county council before anything can be done. It’s a 10-12 week wait! In the mean time I’m just supposed to cope. Should I feel annoyed and let down?
Hi @marya , I would say you dam well should, honestly how do they expect you to cope, I would speak to someone from the MS team to see if they can push things along,
