Hi folks - my big mate and work colleague Jason died suddenly on the 5th of Feb…we knew each other from teenage years the love of ska music brought us together- The Specials - The Selecter- Madness- The Beat - Bad Manners - so you can guess our ages 54 - Jason had a heart condition and took a massive cardiac arrest - he donated his organs - his kidneys, liver and pancreas so he has helped 4 people. We used to discuss our health, my MS and his heart problems many times, infact his only sister took a massive stroke and died about 8 years ago - his poor mum is 77 and I can’t imagine what she is feeling. It has hit me really hard and just goes to show that life is precious and hopefully time will heal, I know it does - his poor wee Jack Russell’s - he loved his two wee dogs. Anyway rest easy Jason and heaven has gained another “Rude Boy”

Morning Redman, sorry to hear this, what terrible news for you and like you say his poor mum 
like you say, so young. A dear friend of ours passed a couple of years ago, 59yrs, cancer took him and quickly, sadly missed You take good care of yourself, your friend wouldn’t want this to make your MS symptoms worse.

Thanks Jean - to be fair - I think as we get older more we do know and love more people, who have to leave the stage way too soon but it is life - appreciate your words of comfort… 
Sorry to hear your sad news Redman, I second what Jean has said, take care of yourself, your friend would not want your MS to make it harder for you.
