I’ve been on tysabri for almost 2 years without any problems and no side effects, but now I’ve developed inflammatory arthritis and the rheumatologist wants me to start treatment for that.
As I’m J.C positive, this will also increase the risk of PML, so after a discussion with my neurologist it has been suggested that I switch to Ocrevus.
My question is, has anyone done this, how easy was it (was there a period between treatments) and did you have any side effects?

Ive recently started Ocrevus and other than the minor and brief hot flush I got during treatment. I also felt pretty zapped of energy for a day after but other than that really didn’t effect me too much.
