Hi everyone. I’m finding if I sit or lay down for any length of time I get restless leg syndrome. However, if I try and exercise (walking, or a bit of housework), I end up worn out, with aching legs and buzzing in my feet It’s a bit of a bugger really! Kaz xxx
Hi, I get it too. I take 300mg quinine tablets at night.
I still get some restlessness in my legs, but a lot less, with the meds.
Try drinking tonic water, as it has quinine in it.
