Hi, I have rrms diagnosed in 2010, symptoms since 2007. I went on dmd in 2018. Just before I went on them, I had a relapse left side of face numbness, tongue numb and reduced hearing. I was told I had a brainstem relapse, I think it was a big lesion. I cant find letter to clarify. I was only reading something today, that says about lesions on the brainstem. Which has caused me concern. I wondered if anyone has had a lesion on the brainstem, are they quite common in ms or rare ? Thanks in advance.
I have had brain stem relapse,don’t know common they are.I had mine when first diagnosed 28 yr ago.
