Does anyone use these and do you think they help?
I’ve noticed a real decline in my cognitive function so I’ve recently started using these. Is there any evidence they work? Does anyone else use them?
Either way, they are good fun I guess!
I have a Nintendo ds and I play with brain training a few of them I find that it helps with my spelling and maths.
