Tis 1 of those nights i think its been building up all week pain in right eye only bl*%dy gd1 ive got soo hot desk fan on overtime legs arms hurting all my joints waist down hurting i hope the zapain & diazepam work quickly bed feels like a pallet i do hope next week with the nurse shes worked out my treatment options & i can sleep forced or drug enduced i don’t care i just need to sleep hope everyone else is having a better 1 much more & im getting up & going in the garage

Sheep hope your feeling better. I know the feeling of beds feeling mega uncomfortable. If I fall asleep on the sofa I feel like rigour mortis has set in. I’ve just got up and literally cracked my way downstairs until my legs joined a reasonably human like position. My whole body is stiff and sore. My pregabillin and baclofen give me a good sleep if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have a hope of sleeping. When I get up I’m like a junkie needing a fix x

Thanks em Thanks Jen

semi back to normal yep Jen they tried me on Amitrp & Tramadol just wouldnt touch it , with the zapain( codine) im up to the full 8 a day to cope but she is on about getting things changed as im on Pramipexole which is a Parkinsons drug but this makes me sleep and when i stop it the above happens and even though i struggle with emotions at the best of times i find myself uncontroled state of a mixture of pain uncomrfortableness and in despair when im like that even the Diazepam doesnt work , im sure its the Mertazapine thats creating the RLS symptoms but my Dr says no its the MS but i disagree as it started about the time i started my new depression/ptsd drug , im kk now back to being in control and although i sit in the chair and ache etc i feel im okay with it yesterday i had a spasm hit my neck and go down through my shoulder and up into my head it lasted for 1hr like a huge cramp but at least today im up sat in the chair and semi comfortable and although phsyically and mentally tired im coping.

My nurse app is the 6th Mar so im hopping that will maybe be of great benefit in that she can suggest what i can take to control the RLS in my legs and arms

Hope your both having a good day

respect sheep x
