I got a reminder to renew my blue badge last week.
I cannot find my letter that says I am in receipt of PIP and wanted to get a replacement letter that show my entitlement.
Trying to find a telephone number so I can call and speak to a human being is impossible. the numbers that I have been given are either just a list of options that I can’t make sense of or the number tells me that it’s not for voice calls.
Does anyone know how I can resolve this problem of my lost letter please, and point me in the direction of getting a replacement ?
Here you go the number for PIP 0800 121 4433 just give them a ring and ask for a copy
I was given that number and I have already tried it. I was also given another number 0800 121 4493 which didn’t work.
Sorry, don’t know the number but the letter to renew the blue badge has to be dated within a year.
Very efficient when I did get through and received it very quickly.
I always take photos and save them on the computer so I can renew things online - CEA (cinema) cards etc.
My new badge ends when my award is reviewed next March.

Don’t you get a yearly standard letter from the dwp with your entitlements. That one will do.
