Hi all Not the nicest of subjects but I have my first session of bladder physio at 9am this morning and strangly enough Im not really looking forward to it. Has anyone else been for bladder physio and cant let me know what to expexct? Thanks Sam
Hi, badder physio? not heard of that, but is it the same as pelvic floor excercises? I once had an internal exam to check my bladder muscles and they are shot! Think I already knew that. Exercises wont help it, as I have no feeling/control there.
