Hi everyone
I’ve been reading through many discussions here and finally decided to ask for some advice. I’m a long-term user of supplements related to Best supplements for MS patients, and lately I’ve been trying to learn more about what actually works best for people in real life. Before posting, I did quite a bit of research on different platforms. I spent time reading many threads, especially on other and also went through a lot of user reviews to understand what people are experiencing. Both of these appear to be highly rated and widely discussed by users who are managing MS and looking for supportive supplements. They seem to have a lot of reviews and discussions, and I’m currently doing my own research before making a decision. If anyone here has personal experience, I’d really appreciate hearing your thoughts. Thanks again, and have a nice day!

Flaxseed oil is meant to be good apparently, I consume the Biona one and just have it as a dressing on food. In terms of supplements, Vitamin D with the caveat that you need to check your levels before taking it. If taking, then to be mindful of the dosage level. For instance, one neurologist prescribed me a high dose (5000iu) and I became unwell from it after 8 weeks. During which I experienced nausea/increased fatigue from that dosage. I subsequently discovered that long-term high vitamin D dosage can in some cases lead to health complications like Hypercalcemia and Bone demineralisation, so I now only take a low dosage of 400iu. After my experience I would never exceed 1000iu vitamin D per day. It depends upon lifestyle and environment as well.

You’re absolutely right — stool softeners are medications and socks definitely aren’t supplements. Thanks for pointing that out. There’s always room for improvement
