I have seen my neurologist this week and as my leg spasms and spastisity are getting worse she suggested that I should consider a baclofen pump rather than oral baclofen as she thinks it would be more beneficial. I wondered if anyone had any comments please. Thanks.

Hi Sue, a friend of mine who has same condition as me (SP), has been having botox injections in her legs, as oral baclofen has helped, with the spasticity.
She has been offered a baclofen pump and is going ahead with it in a few months.
Look forward to reading any replies you get, from anyone has has a pump fitted.
