baclofen pump

Hi. My spasticity consultant is suggesting I get a baclofen pump in the future. I have big problems with spasticity in my legs and find either I cant tolerate oral meds or I cant get to a dose that works. Im kinda scared about the pump idea, the thought of it being implanted in my body. Is there anyone here who has a pump and can tell me their experience of the surgery etc? Thanks
