Apple Cider Vinegar

Been doing my thing, taking 6 capsules a day, with extra Kelp, Omega 3, Biotin, Garlic, A, B6, B12, C, D, E.

Adding a pinch of Baking Soda in my coffee, to get it all fizzing inside.

After a stint at the skate park today on my trick scooter, things seem to be going well.

Keep doing your thing folks & stay positive. It’s time to crank up the drum machines & play some synthesisers.

My best regards Terry (PPMS diagnosed 2013)

Hi there Steve. I hope things are going okay.

The lock down has had me cooking & eating more.

More exercise is needed to burn off the spare tyre.

What way does Apple cider help you Puddle?i keep meaning to try it,but keep forgetting lol…maybe its good for memory lol …hope so.

Hi there, ACV seems to boost metabolism & helps burn waste.

The packaging is clearly marked at slimmers & ACV has a load of benefits if you read up on it.

I’ll keep taking it for life & occasionally soak my feet in a bucket full. It draws out the toxins in the body.

It’s all good.

Hi Terry , it’s good to hear about all of your adventures, it brought a smile to my face thinking of you on your scooter at the skate park doing your stunts . I bought some cider vinegar I think my daughter had read that it would help with acne …she didnt like it , the smell of it was so overpowering. I like fruity cider, I dont have it often because I’m already wobbly without having cider. Keep having fun Terry Michelle and Frazer xx

I’ve been drinking apple cider vinegar daily for a year or so as it is supposed to help with bladder problems and along with such things as cranberry juice it is recommended by the medical fraternity.

Unfortunately for me my bladder problem is my suprapubic catheter which frequently gets blocked and needs replacing despite copious amounts of water being drank (more or less weekly changes at the moment).

My wife has now taken over the responsibility of flushing me out every few days to see if it would alleviate the problem.

Anyway, back to the vinegar. Back in the day I could only tolerate it with a spoonful of honey stirred in but I have now got used to drinking it as it comes (macho eh!) I was also advised to look for the ‘mother’ variety.

Drinking it as it is does make me tend to be thirsty afterwards which means I’m drinking even more water - which can’t be a bad thing.

Just had 3 more packets of 84 softgel Apple Cider Vinegar Slim capsules, delivered from Ebay.

Hopefully enough to last the summer & burn off some barbecues.

Staying slim & improving health & fitness, seems good for most problems.

Stay active & healthy folks. It looks like a hot summer is on the way.
