! Advice!

Hi, there!
I’m looking for an advice, if possible.
I am struggling with mood swings a lot :hot_face:
I get angry easily or I’m angry all the time, heavy crying for no reason and sometimes depressed.
Is anyone experiencing the same symptoms and what did you do about it?

Just curious… Is that you saying these things about anger & moods, or how other people describe it? It’s OK to have lots of emotions but does it break out into social, family or work situations?

getting angry can be common while coping with annoying problems.
Anger is a learned response and can become automatic, when you feel yourself getting angry, take a second to acknowledge it and then take a ‘conscious’ decision on how you are going to proceed. Sometimes being angry is the only way to go but other times I can recognise that the cost of anger (energy/mood) is greater than the benefit, so I shrug my shoulders and say “that’s the way it is” and get on (then smile about the extra energy I just saved)

Sometimes it does happen in the social or outside my private home, but always trying not to show it to people.
