New diagnosis and before diagnosis

Hi there,
Iam new to the site, Iam not yet diagnosed but Iā€™m currently going out of my mind and would greatly appreciate if anyone could give me advice and reassurance moving forward.
June last year I went to see an ENT consultant regarding persistent pulsating tinnitus in my right ear. He sent me for an MRI in August to see if there was any retro cochlear lesions. It all came back clear but It was recommended that the scan was to be repeated due to " suspected nodular lesions in the cerebral area". Along came February this year ( not aware of anything on the first scan) I had another MRI of the brain and spine. This showed ā€œseveral T2/Flair signal lesions within the supratentorial white matter which is highly suggestive of demyelinationā€. Spine was all clear and everything seemed stable compared to my August scan.
So now I am waiting upon a neurologist opinion of my scans reports etc. Which is this Friday the 28th April. My GP contacted me and thinks itā€™s all highly like to be MS.
The last couple of weeks since getting my results have been extremely hard because to my knowledge I donā€™t remember of any signs or symptoms of MS apart from I do suffer with long term bowel and bladder problems that started in my early teens (iam now 38). I do have vertigo and balance problems but again I thought that was due to my ear problems. The last 10 days Iā€™ve been experiencing burning, tingling, ice cold numbness in my arms and legs more so my left side to the point my GP has put me in pregablin. What Iā€™d like to know why now since I know about it? Is it all in my head or Iā€™m I experiencing real symptoms.
Moving forward since Iā€™ve had two scan what Iā€™m I likely to expect next?

Hi just thought i would say hello

Its often a long road to be told if you have ms or not.

I have a slightly numb face, brain mri may 22 two lessions find, spine mri sept 22 clear, lumber puncture nov 22. Positive for ms. Dozens of blood tests. Told ms late dec. Now waiting to start treatment.

I am now 58, no health issues before the numb face so totally out the blue.

Good luck on friday at the hospital. They may have answers from the brain mri or you may need a lumber puncture

How did you get on?

I seen the ms nurse on Friday, it was a real waste on time. I was hoping to start DMT but appointment was just a chat to see how i am.

Thank you for messaging me back. It was what I expected for a telephone consultation basically just my view on it all past medical history and if I had any symptoms of MS to my knowledge etc. He wants to see me in person and do further tests and a nuro exam what ever that is? And hopefully I should know more from that one.
How long has your journey been to get you to that first nurses appointment? And whatā€™s your next step?

Seen three consultants.

Told ms dec 22

Waiting now for DMT delivery.
