Just a long time follow up to this
My account became inactive as I stopped using this around 8 years ago when my symptoms subsided
Recently I have experienced l’hermittes again that’s been put down to what people on this forum queried nearly 9 years ago, disc issues
I just wanted to come back here, to thank everyone who helped me back then, too many will come and take up your time and lean on you to help them in some of their darkest hours, and most never come back to thank you for your kindness.
So please let me take this opportunity to thank every one who replied, messaged, deliberated, took time out to help me 9 years ago … I will never forget it
