Hi all, thought I’d write to say that today has been better. I’ve not had as much pain and spasms. Slept better thanks to the amitrypteline. Had a call off my ms nurse today. We’re meeting up for the first time on Monday. She sounded friendly, which is a good sign 
plus I’ve just enjoyed my first strawberries and cream of the season… And they were bloomin delicious
