When I applied it took me about a month to fill out and return online form. Take it step by step with as much information as possible,get in touch with your consultant or ms nurse physio ect. Unluckily or luckily I had another health condition which my consultant diagnosed on the same day as my diagnosis so there was lots to take in. Citizen advice Scotland is a great source of help and advice. They helped me with my universal credit application no ends. I hope you get the help you deserve
