Wrist shaking pain and aching

Hi i was recently diagnosed i have been experiencing pain in my right wrist and hand, was shaking on its own without reason, never experience this i dont know if this would considered as new symptoms, dont know if its triggered by hot weather

Hi,
I had the same last year before I was diagnosed, but on the left side, it can be affected by the weather, and if it’s especially warm or cold it tends to be worse for me. Make sure you note it down, and speak to your MS Nurse.
There is some great information on YouTube by a guy called Dr Aaron Boster, he’s an MS Specialist in America and has been a lifeline for me information wise, by the time I had my first appointment after diagnosis I had learned a lot and he say’s the general rule is that if the problem lasts for more that 24 hours it’s something to talk to your docs about.
It can also get worse if you are stressed or tired like many of the symptoms.

Keep a note of all the ‘odd’ things that happen (I have to write everything down or I forget these days). It’s helpful when you have your appointments, and can also help to show what’s affecting them.

Best of luck with everything, and don’t be afraid to ask questions of your specialist, MS Nurse or the people on here. They will all do their best to help.
