Hi Guys sorry to moan but ive moved home and now ben told by my GP i have to change to another one as im out of his postcode, im now worried that im going to have to go through the whole thing again, and the new one wont know anything about me at such a crusial time, i dont have the strength to fight for a confirmed DX again.
Hi Mac, Once you have changed doc’s your previous doc will forward your notes on so you won’t have to go through it all again. If you have any letters from the hospital, photo copy them and show them to your new doc’ as sometimes notes being forwarded can take a little while. Janet x
