I haven’t been formally diagnosed but told mri scan showed numerous brain and cord lesions and am having lots of ongoing symptoms i work 4 days a week and drive or train there and back (long commute) i have pretty brain intense office job…my question…whats best way to cope with the fatigue and physical strains or does ms and this type of work not go together…
hi worried
if at all possible get access to work involved as they can pay for taxis to and from work.
if you have occupational health at your place of work, get them involved too.
i’m so glad i got my occupational pension and so don’t have to work.
that’s why occupational health are a good thing.

As Carole (the little chuckin-fluff girl) says Access to Work: get support if you have a disability or health condition: What Access to Work is - GOV.UK
You do not need to be diagnosed; you pay train fare for taxi door to door.
