White blood cells in lumbar puncture

I have 2 areas I’d demyelination and the LP just found 4 White blood cells. Can anyone tell me what this means? Thanks

Did the GP mention the oligoclonal banding result? That’s the key one for MS.

Thanks. I read the rest as normal. After searching I found up to 5 is ok. Be nice if when they sent letters before appointments they were clearer! Im assuming that I don’t have ms and just have demyelination. Not sure what that means though.
