G Morning mate, its a Samsung A20e thats about 5 years old
Line of least resistance would be to get the latest equivalent Samsung model. Android operating system latest release with 2 or 3 more version updates, 5G data, much faster processor, better camera, better everything. Search for A16, A36, A56 depending on budget. Consider a SIM-free phone and a SIM-only deal from one of the MVNO’s - much better value than one of the main operators. Look for one that includes wi-fi calling (not all of them do) if you spend much of your time at home and don’t need a big mobile data allowance.
