What helps with back spasms?

Hi, i am experiencing continuous spasms and tightness in my triceps.

GP just offering diazepan and pain killers.

just wondering how others deal with it.

Hi Karen

I found baclofen helps with spasms but you need to start on a low dose and increase it little by little.

Hi casey1, I totally agree with Skippey16, I suffer with this and take Baclofen, in fact in the last 2wks I’ve just upped mine.
