Had my annual diabetic and stroke review the other day…I had lost 10 kgs since last year same time. Knew I lost a bit but didn’t expect that much…have now discovered where I lost it from.
Waist NO
Hips. NO
Backside NO
BRAIN…must be a yes !
My forgetfulness and brain fog have increased so it has to be that !
Did you do a specific diet or just cut down? Despite losing two stone over the last 15 months, I’m now battling to get below fourteen. We will battle on. I know what you mean about the brain fog. I can’t put a sequence of actions together before flying off at a tangent. Yesterday I put the clothes in the washing machine then put a tablet in the empty dishwasher and switched it on.
Thanks for support, however I still have a lot of excess weight to lose and honestly have not stuck to being good recently.
Will try to get through the winter without putting it back on but on the bad days I am known to survive on biccies and bananas plus a choccy here and there.
its such hard work loosing the lbs and keeping them off.i used to be 8 stone before i got bad with ms. i am now 12 stonei joined slimming world and lost 2 stone a few yr ago but i have just about put it all back on.i need to do something cos i am pre diabetic but struggling at the moment to find any willpower.
I recently have lost a lot of weight , almost 4 stone since beginning of July, combination of withdrawal from medication , not eating ,being rejected as a person, bad combination all at once. Getting weight down is important but it’s not end all. It’s always going to be harder for a lot of us because of the medication we have to take, meditation and welcoming friends helped me find worth again. david
