Hello,
Recently i have noticed that i am struggling to open packets with my hands, my arms feel really weak and i just cant manage to open cat food pouches! its really worrying and annoying at the same time.
I also keep going dizzy, completely random!
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

yes my hands are weak and getting weaker.
i only notice it when i can’t do a particular thing any more.
your comment about cat food rang a bell!
dizzyness for me is mostly to do with my blood pressure being low.
so i don’t bend down or reach up if i can help it.

I also have problems with weak hands and episodes of dizziness. The only solution I’ve found for problems with packets is to keep some scissors handy. As for the dizziness, I’ve seen my GP and was told that the random nature of my episodes makes it hard to investigate. I was told to go back if/when the episodes got worse or more frequent.I was offered Stemetil (I think) for the worst occasions but I turned it down. At the moment I’m OK taking Stugeron, an OTC travel sickness remedy recommended by a pharmacist.
