Does anyone have the contact details for the MS nurses at the Walsgrave, Coventry and Warwick Hospital please?
I had a leaflet with it on but of course I’ve stupidly misplaced the leaflet or got rid of it!!

Ring the hospital and ask to be put through to the Neuro dept they should be able to give you contact details.
