Hi All,Just had my B12 Jab 2day but wondering does anyone know how long approx I will notice any difference and what kind of differences; in your experiences plz?

just doing a post again as not sure my first one got through. Does anyone know when you start to feel better after having a vitamin B12 Injection plz?
Also what to expect to feel, as in less fatigue etc plz?

I had a course over 2 weeks about a year ago. I didn’t notice a change for about 2/3 weeks it seemed very gradual with me but i felt a lot better within a month. I will say it affects everyone differently Good luck hope you notice a difference soon.
