Hello everyone,
I have RR MS and drive a hand control car due to my legs not doing what they should do. I am finding it lately a lot harder to drive due to my left arm being so weak which is the hand on the steering wheel. I get a searing pain down my arm which makes it almost it feel like I might have to let go and this is on only short journeys. I really do not want to loose my independance driving as I need my car for work and getting around.
If anyone has any advice on strengthening my arm I would really appreciate it.
