Well, I’m on a proper downer, this always signals a bad spell. Closely followed by needing the loo every 2 mins for the over active bladder, joy! I can handle the physical part, it’s just annoying and painful. It’s the downers I can’t stand. I’m normally quite witty( in my opinion, not my fault if no one is as funny as me 
) bubbly and what have you. Then I trn into this miserable old bugger :s does anyone else have this happen before a bad spell?

It’s awful isn’t it? It’s like proper dark and gloomy. If I was the weather, I’d be a black storm cloud

Beverly f, i feel low today, ms is so crap, sick of it! I have an 8 year old daughter too and i constantly feel like she is far too good to have a mum that can hardly walk etc i hope this depressing funk hurrys up and leaves x
It’s worse when there’s things you want to do and can’t . Especially with kids to entertain. I hope you have people who can help you. I’m quite glad that I didn’t get too bad till 2 years ago. My youngest is now 17, and she still makes me feel guilty if I can’t go out with her :s just realise, you can’t please everyone all the time. And sometimes you have to just STOP even if only for an hour to chill out and rest. Xx
