I’ve been having very odd episodes for the past few years. Previous episodes included pins and needles in my left leg, groin and lower back. Dizziness, headaches that feel like my head is being crushed and ridiculously tired. 3 years ago I had a funny turn at work where my left side just went completely weak, face dropped and I struggled to even remember my own name let alone other things. Hospital ruled out a stroke and said they weren’t sure and sent me home. The recent odd episode was my left foot and leg went completely dead on me, memory problems and I had lots of silly falls. Back and forth to the doctors for a few weeks and tests as I kept getting more odd symptoms like not having feeling in my groin and loads of random muscle cramps and twitching all over and pain in my left hip and ribs. they have now said they suspect it is MS. I’ve been referred to neurology and have an appointment in 2 weeks time. I just want to see if anyone can help with what to expect from a first appointment or if anyone has experience of similar symptoms that appear to come and go.
