Understanding MRI Lingo ... Help?

Hi Everyone,

I had a private MRI of my head and C spine on Friday. I received a CD with the images. I don’t see my Dr until Tuesday morning to get the results.

I have spent hours googling, reading, researching but I’m having problems understanding some of the terminology. From some of my images, it appears that I have some lesions (white spots) in my brain. I’m not looking for medical advice, just wondering if anyone can anyone help me with this?
