Hi, I’m currently going through a resurgence of old symptoms, nothing debilitating just uncomfortable and annoying!
I’m due to start Tysabri at the end of the month, is it ok to go ahead with this whole having symptoms?

Had it years ago and never had an issue. No relapses but I had JCV when I started and 8 months later JCV was really high so I was taken off it due to hich risk of PML. Only thing I wasn’t keen on was feeling tired/drained during the week before my next dose. Not everyone gets that though. They do various checks before each infusion is authorised.
I’m running out of effective DMT right now so had another JCV blood test to see if I’d be suitable for Ty again. Would be an infusion every 6-8 weeks as research has shown it’s still effective and reduces chance of PML. Fingers crossed it’s low enough for me to go back on it. I do miss Tysabri.
EDIT: Update. I’m still JCV positive at 3.36. Last time I checked >1.5 was considered high. I was 3.25 when I first started and was at 4.58 when they stopped. As Tysabri can now be given every 6-8 weeks I’m allowed to start having it again, Yay! 
Doesn’t matter what symptoms you may currently have. Was gonna list my symptoms but that got me depressed seeing it all so I deleted it. Point is it doesn’t matter. You’ll be fine.
