Tremors in hands

Hi there, My husband has PPMS and in the last few months been suffering quite badly with tremors in both hands…No medication has been helpful and I think he has tried them all but apart from DBS which he has rejected we have nothing else to try. Has anyone found wristweights when eating helps as now my hubby has to be fed his food which need cutlery. Thanks Caz
