Travel insurance to USA

Hi

I’m off to America at the end of May and I’m trying to sort my holiday insurance out. I’ve done lots of quotes and managed to confuse myself by looking at reviews for the companies.

Please can anyone on here point me in the right direction as to what I should be looking for. I’m going to Washington DC and New York and won’t be doing any more than wandering/wobbling around looking at stuff.

The quotes I’ve had have been from £35-£104 which will cover me and my partner (who has no health issues). It seems that the quotes at the lower end of the scale don’t always follow through if you claim, so I realise that I may need to pay more…but how do you know what’s good?

Done a lot of travelling and I think the Post Office has the best cover for cheapest http://www.postoffice.co.uk/ I get yearly and good cover that includes MS for £71.
