In my right foot I have often got this cramp/spasm type thing where the toe next to my big toe locks and pulls downward and away from the other toes and slightly off to one side. Really hurts when it happens like today and when I had to stop walking because of it. Anyone else get this and any suggestions for when it happens? Axx
Oh dear, I get really rotten cramps when I bend/stretch my feet, simple answer for me would be to keep still but I just can’t!
I’m not sure what the answer is for this one, I’ve just started Baclofen for spasticity in my legs so I’m wondering if that’ll stop it?

Oh yes ‘crossy toe cramp’ - I’ve had that all my life! Sometimes it’s so painful it has me in tears. The only thing I’ve found to help is to massage the foot whirl it’s happening and to keep it warm. I’m interested in replies to this 
Hi I’min the limbo stage of diagnosis, over the past week I’vedeveloped a new symptom, all down my right sidei get like an electric shock feeling like when you lick a battery. And my hand goes into spasm. Was wondering if anyone else has experienced it as I was very scared when it first happened.
Mine doesn’t hurt as I can’t feel my foot properly, but it feels really tight and strange. My toes always feel curled though, I have to take my footwear and sock off, and give my toes a rub.

I’m interested in replies to this [/quote] I’ve suffered with this most of my adult life and I too always found that rubbing the area or applying heat helps.
I’ve had agonising foot cramp from time to time. I take long, slow, deep breaths and hold my foot, sometimes rubbing gently. I also give myself a Reiki treatment there which helps to relax the muscles.
I’ve tried rubbing a couple of times but it hurts too much it feels like it almostdislocates. WWill try heat next time Axx
