Hi Everyone!
I suffer from a great deal of cramp. I take 8mg of Tizanadine a day to help resolve the issue. But I have just experience the strangest bout of cramp I have ever come across. It was the front right hand side of my foot but it was pulling my foot up towards me and there was nothing I could do about it. I could feel the spasms pulsating with my fingers just to the inside of my ankle bone. It has stopped now but my foot is tingling and somewhat numb.
I’m not sure if there is any connect but I have had a pain that feels like I have rubbed the back of my heel but I haven’t there is no reddness or swelling and it has been like it for a good 6 weeks!
Any advice would be appreciated.
