I’m attempting to complete a timeline for my neurologist appointment. Is it important to add things like trapped shoulder nerve , back pain, sciatica? Are these things relevant please?

I’m having a battle with my MS Consultant. I have serious lower back pain possibly caused by a trapped nerve which was brought up by an osteopath. Consultant’s opinion was that “it’s not MS, go back to your GP”. I found this a deplorable attitude! She’s almost certainly right, but I was concerned that whatever is going on in my lumbar area could be masking the seriousness of my MS symptoms. How blinkered! 
I hope you get better treatment from your MS team.
