Hi So, my MS Nurse thinks I may have a water infection. Struggling to pass urine and legs are aching (relapsing as well). Cue the water sample to check all this out…one BIG issue with this, my problem is I’m not peeing

Hi, I had an spc fitted last year but prior to that, I had a 6 month uti, which anti-b`s wouldnt shift. It was caused by retention and urgency. Innt a game!

I just swish my fingers up and down the side of my thighs very lightly
