If you have paid any money towards your health care you can reclaim from your PCT. This could amount to many thousands of pounds.
I have carers for one hour in the morning to hoist me out of bed; get me washed and dressed. I have been paying a percentage of the costs and I can claim back till 2004 as the NHS should pay all.
