I get them too Michelle, sometimes if I get them in bed it can be so forceful that my whole body sort of leaps up an inch or two off the bed!

Do you get the weak floppy feeling before it happens? I feel like a car thats struggling to go but suddenly jumps into action.

I havenāt noticed that feeling before hand Michelle but being desperately weak is my norm now!!
I get involuntary movements a lot sometimes, I bit my dentist onceā¦poor chap was very understanding but since then he puts a horrible thing in my mouth to wedge it open and protect his fingers.
Looks as though we are going to have sunshine today! A beautiful day always helps a little!
