Hi everyone hope you are as can be expected.
I have been told that my heart misses a beat and have to see a Cardiologist and have a MRI. My question is has anyone else had this happen to them and if so what was the result. Any replies gratefully appreciated.

I have had this missed hear beat thing but my GP has put it down to the menopause. I am going through that at the moment. She prescribed me HRT patches and after a week of using them the skipped beat stopped.
It is a really frightening feeling but I have heard that most of the time they are harmless. Hope you get an answer soon.

Thanks for your reply Shazzie, apparently my doc’ thinks I was born with it and I’m well past the menopause. I have been getting sharp pains in my chest. It has got worse since I had a funny turn. Thanks once again.
