Thank you for all your kind messages , the money is backdated for 14 months so I am looking forward to a break away and will treat myself, it is reassuring that somebody listened to me at last and i will not have to worry about transport anymore, I am not sure why the process took so long I was not offered an explanation I think it had something to do with the volume of applicants, oh well it doesnt matter nowlove to you all xxxx

Dont think you will ever get a full explanation, perhaps trying to save money - but who cares now your sorted.
