Sweet Potato

Hi, I’ve been following a Paleo diet since August 2013, and last week I felt really good. I had so much energy in the mornings. This week I decided to reintroduce some starchy carbs. I’ve had a few sweet potatoes and some plantain crisps. Now my legs are very stiff and heavy. Lesson learned. Heather

Interesting! I have been reading about the different MS diets and it’s confusing as they differ.

Kept off starchy carbs yesterday, this morning my legs feel much lighter and it’s a lot easier to get about. What a difference!
